Consent forms and new practice schedule

Hello choir!

For the benefit of those who did not attend the last practice, here is the consent form for the Open House 2012. It is on the 24th of November, from 0830-1630. Those who are unable to attend, please indicate on the form itself.  Please get it signed and returned to your respective LCs on 8 November's practice.

As for the new practice dates, do take note that the choral workshop has been changed to 30th November and the new location is HCI. Also, the tentative date for the Farewell party is 21st November but it has yet to be confirmed.

CONSENT FORMS!

Hello choir!

Those who didn't attend yesterday's practice are to download these 2 consent forms. 

Please get it signed 
and handed in by next THURSDAY(last practice before the holidays!)

If you are not free to attend any of the practices or the CIP, please indicate on the reply slip the dates as well as the reasons. Do remember to photocopy your air ticket if you are going overseas or to provide a parents' letter. Also, the practice dates are not yet finalised, so please try your best to make yourselves available, especially on Thursdays and Fridays.

p.s. The important dates are open house and workshop.
