-CIP SONGS: Disney Medley from Bare necessities onwards and Kimi. MUST MEMORISE BY TMR!
2) CIP on Friday
-everyone would be dismissed from class at 2.05pm
-eat lunch IN SCHOOL and meet at carpark at 2.35 SHARP.
-girls who are going to watch play Romeo and Juliet, you all are not allowed to leave early as you have ample time to reach Bugis from Novena after the CIP
3) Choir Bonding after CIP
* NOTE: THIS BONDING OUTING IS NOT OFFICIAL NOR COMPULSORY! if you can't go, it's okay. Please also do not tell your parents it's compulsory. If they do not allow you to go, it's okay(:
-Venue: At Bishan Active Park [we will make our way tgt from Novena to Bishan after the CIP]
-Time : After CIP to 7/7.30 pm
-Attire: All of you will receive your choir tee tmr, so you all will wear that. For sec 4s who did not purchase them, wear your old choir tee
-Food: Pizza
!!!! Please tell Natasha tmr during choir prac if you cannot make it for the choir bonding. WE NEED THE NUMBERS.
That's all! Oh and we collect choir fund again because of this CIP bonding and also the scores printing. We are sorry for asking so much money but we rest assured we won't ask for choir fund collection any time soon again(:
These last 2 weeks haven't been smooth sailing and I know that all you guys have been hearing are scoldings, scoldings and more scoldings. However, I hope that you know that the teachers, Ms Lim and Ms Teng scold us for our own good. So we must wake up, rise up and live up to our expectations!(:

We would still be doing Typewriter for Jubilate. Yes, Ms Lim said that she does not want to hear that song anymore, but the teachers and the comm believe that the SN choir can do it.
So what's gonna happen is that all of you will go to AVA onMONDAY AFTER SCHOOLto collect:
1) The Typewriter score [for those who returned back your score]
2) Kimi and Disney Medley song [for sec 1s and scholars]
So for those who have your Disney Medley and Kimi score, please revise them tgt with 猜调 during this long weekend.
On the 20th of April Friday, after our CIP, the comm plans to have another choir bonding[like last year]. Before we make any concrete plans, we would like to have your opinion on it. So please think about it and give us your response next week on whether you all would want to have a choir bonding or not. We would move to the venue after our CIP and play some games. It would end around 8/9pm.
IMPORTANT: On next wed,all sec2/3/4will go to AVA room straight after your classes at 2.30 to sing Typewriter for Mr Lim. It would be only for 15 min. WE MUST SING IT WELL. We spent so much time learning it, the SLs spent so much time teaching, so let's not waste all those efforts and sing well for Mr Lim. He will review whether we are good enough to sing the song for Jubilate. There will be no extra prac before wed. So I trust that every single one of you will revise the song at home and sing it well on Wed. Please eat a heavier recess because there is no time for you guys to queue and eat lunch.

Typewriter is sung by a Japanese girl's choir in this video.
The speed is amazingly fast and we may/may not be doing this speed. However, take note of their expressions when they are singing this song! They look so happy and chirpy! We should also be like them. With the correct attitude and heart towards the song, it would make it much enjoyable to sing the song. Of course, we must be in tune. THAT IS VERY IMPORTANT.
Didn't you laugh and enjoy their performance. We should also aim to sing the song so that our audience will enjoy when they hear us sing. But firstly, we must sing it correctly.

We are not the best. We are not even good now. So let's please not be complacent and put in our 110% into all our songs.
